Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ixia — the service that lets you compose a keepsake page and publish it to a link of its own. By creating an account or using Ixia, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The information you give us when signing up should be accurate.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write — letters, photos, videos, audio, and anything else that goes into a gift. By uploading content, you grant Ixia a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the service, including serving it to anyone who opens your gift's link.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and share whatever you upload — this matters especially for photos, video, and music that belong to someone else. Don't upload content that infringes another person's rights, is illegal, or violates someone's privacy.

Publishing and payment

Some gifts require payment to publish. Payment is verified manually: you submit a receipt, and we review it before confirming. A gift may go live immediately on submission and be taken down if the receipt can't be verified. If you believe you've been charged in error or want to request a refund, contact us at hello@tryixia.comand we'll work it out with you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ixia to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the guestbook or reaction features to spam or abuse other users.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Password-protected gifts

If you set a password on a gift, keeping that password private is your responsibility. We can't recover a lost gift password on your behalf beyond what the product provides.

Service availability

We aim to keep Ixia reliable but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Ixia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ixia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Ixia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and continued use of Ixia after a change means you accept the updated terms.
